Frequently Asked Questions

What is a guarantor?
The guarantor is the person or entity responsible for paying the balance of an account.

It looks like I already have paid this bill with MyChart
The Radiologist’s bill is separate from the hospital bill. Your hospital bill will include all Imaging charges for the use of its equipment, the films, supplies, and technical personnel, but will not include the radiologist’s fee. Ours is a separate bill for the physician’s professional services for the Imaging diagnosis.

I have the Free Care Financial Assistance Program, why did I get a bill?
Please note that Greenwich Radiological Group is a separate company from Greenwich Hospital and the Yale New Haven Health System in general.
Our bill is a professional service (reading and interpreting X-ray images) that our doctors provide to Greenwich Hospital and the Yale New Haven Health System.
If you were approved for the Yale New Haven Health Free Care Program, our doctors at Greenwich Radiological Group do not participate in that financial assistance program and does not include our charge(s).
